1. Shipping Locations We currently offer delivery services across Bangladesh. Orders placed from any location within Bangladesh will be processed and delivered as per the guidelines mentioned below.

4. Order Processing

• Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS.
• Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of placement.
• After processing, your order will be handed over to our delivery partners, and you will be notified with tracking details.

5. Order Tracking You will receive tracking information for your order via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched. You can use this information to track your package and know the estimated delivery time.

6. Delivery Attempts Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your order up to two times. If you are unavailable during the delivery attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, you will be contacted to reschedule the delivery.

8. Undeliverable Orders In the case that an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details or the recipient not being available, the order will be returned to us. A redelivery can be arranged, but additional charges may apply.
